Yes! All of our popSorbettos are vegan, and many of our chocolate dippings and crushed toppings are vegan too. We also have a variety of gluten-free and nut-free options, however, there is a chance of cross-contamination between flavors.
All of the ingredients we use are Kosher certified, and our original store in New York City is certified too!
All pops are produced on-site (in a popLab) at each store location.

Weaccommodate pickup and delivery orders. On occasion, we make exceptions for shipping orders as well.
All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, however, we do our best to accommodate orders with less lead-time.
For pre-orders, the minimum is approximately 10 - 15 pops depending on the order type.

Unfortunately, we're unable to predict sales and due to franchise laws, we cannot share data for other shops. However, we do provide a Franchise Disclosure Document along with a proforma to potential franchisees.
Supplies are purchased from Popbar approved vendors throughout the USA.
Once real estate is confirmed, blueprints are finalized, and a construction permit has been issued, construction usually takes 8 - 12 weeks.
Yes, in addition to ongoing guidance, we offer two initial training sessions: a basic managerial introduction at our New York headquarters, and a comprehensive operations training on location pre-opening.
Yes, we provide ongoing assistance pre and post-opening. Our support includes digital (social, website), print (signage), content (design, photography), development, and more.
