As a Popbar franchisee, you will receive our ongoing support. Here are just a few ways Popbar will help make the transition to your new position a smooth one and make your store one of the most successful and unique gelato shops:

Real Estate

Popbar will assist with identifying the best trade areas in the franchisees’ regions. We have a network of brokers which can support you with site selection and finding suitable locations. In addition, lease negotiation and consulting will also be provided.

Construction

Franchisees have the chance to choose between using one of Popbar’s approved general contractors, or using their own preferred builder. Popbar's in-house designer will help with the detailing of the floor plan for the shops and will provide a specific layout for your location. We will help communicating with your architect to get franchisees’ shops built efficiently.

Training

Prior to store opening, franchisees will be trained in everything Popbar, and training and support will be continuously provided. We offer two sessions of training: a basic managerial introduction at our New York headquarters, and a comprehensive training session on location before opening.

Marketing

We provide a grand opening marketing strategy, including best practices for local store marketing, and on-going support through our dedicated Marketing team.

Operations

We support daily store operations through our readily available Operations team with regular coaching, analysis, and training on everything from store management to financials, and more.

Development

We support new business development initiatives to the best of our ability. We remain open to our franchisee's ideas and are always looking for ways to grow with you.
